This school year has gone by really fast. I was expecting it to go by really slow but I guess that I was so busy this year that next year would rather have me. Over the school year teachers came and went, but to the teachers that did stay I wish them  good luck and I am proud that they picked Pea Ridge High school to teach at. I learned lots of different things this year from being more social all the way to Biology, but the one thing I learned about is how stubborn little kids are. My mom started babysitting this year and she is babysitting a lot of little kids and they are wild. She has a lot of responsibilities whenever it comes the the little ones. All I have to stay is that if I had to deal with them all day I would put them in shoulder restraints. Some of the busy things that I have done this school year is that I had surgery on my knee. I had to go to several different doctors for my sister and my nephew, but the main thing that I had to go to this school year is my grandpas funeral.

The person that I look up to and will always look up to is my dad. My dad is a war hero. He served in the desert storm war and is also a very hard working man. My dad is 45 and has been there for me the past 15 years when I have needed him. I only saw him cry one time and that was when my grandpa passed away, but that is a good reason for crying right? My dad was my coach for most of the sports that I played and has always encouraged me to do better, but that night when he was upset I was there to encourage him that it was going to be all right. My dad is practically an encyclopedia when it comes to social studies. When I need help on most of my homework I go to my dad and actually learn something new cause you learn something new everyday right. My dad is also good at identifying different metals. He works a usa metal and he is working his way up. He is now one of the managers. My dad is a positive influence on everyone he comes in contact with and I couldn't ask for anyone better to look forward to being like.

I read steelheart for one of my book reports and it was by far one of the best books that I have ever read. I don't read many books and enjoy many of the either. Steelheart is a fiction novel about the world tearing apart and destroying because of calamity.  From what I had interpreted from the book calamity is a comet that had struck the earth and gave random citizens powers. Most of the people who had gotten powers take advantage of the powers and take over towns, cities, and even countries. The normal people come to know these super villains as Epics. The book is about an epic that goes by the name of steelheart. Steelheart took over the town of Newcago when David was just a boy. He had killed Davids father and now David is seeking vengeance for his father. He studies epics his whole life observing their weakness and trying to figure out what Steel hearts weakness is.  He meets up with a group know as the reckoners. They are a group that fights for the rights of the people and are killing off epics one at a time. David convinces them that steelheart can be killed. Through out the story David  as well as the epics are trying to solve the puzzle of his weakness and take him off of his throne.

The first of April I went to go have surgery on my knee. I had to wake up a 5:30 to go the hospital to let the nurses prep. The had to put in IV’s and they had to shave part of my leg to be able to cut it open. It took a couple hours for them to prep and I finally got to go to the operating room. The only thing I remember in there is them asking me if I was ok. I woke up with my mom sitting beside me talking to my doctor and them asking me how I feel. It felt like an hour drive back home because I had been put on anesthesia. I was at home for two weeks laying in a recliner watching cartoons. It was a while before I got to come back to school, but now that i’m back i’m enjoying my self and catching up on work. The hardest part about having surgery is having to do physical therapy afterwards. The doctor encourages exercising as much as possible and that is just what I do. He has my brace set to allow me to bend my leg at 90 degrees. I wasn’t able to do that for the longest time because my leg was stiff from being locked straight. It is still kind of painful to bend, but now I can bend it and walk on it with my crutches.

Over the snow breaks that we have been having I have watched many different TV series. I have watched Alphas, Terra Nova, Arrow, and I also started playing my Skyrim game again. I had to catch up on a lot of AP Us work because I was gone for a week. It took 3 hours just to finish one of them, and since it took so long  I wasn't able to play my Xbox or do anything that I wanted to do, but that is alright because as soon as I was done I got the chance to play with my friends from Michigan. We played many different games but we also got the chance to talk about the different things about each of our states. They hardly ever get out for snow and whenever they do they have at least a foot or more. Whenever we played Call of Duty: Ghost we created a clan and started doing clan wars and we had a lot of competitiveness coming from everyone. We also did races on who could get gold for their gun. I obviously won because I had mastered how to use the new DLC gun the Maverick. I got gold in two days and went to work on getting the others gold as well. My friend went through lobbies with me and we trolled lots of people. As a matter of fact we trolled so much that everyone voted to kick us from the lobbies. It was really funny. We had a little kid freaking out so much that he was screaming through his mic, and everyone was screaming and yelling at him to stop. I also played the DLC map packs by myself because my friend hasn’t gotten it yet, but it is still fun without him. The map pack that I enjoy the most is the map fog. Fog is this creepy cabin in the woods map that has Michael Myers as a speciality. After you complete the orders that you were given and you trough a care package you have a ⅓ chance of getting him. Whenever you play as him you run around with a bloody axe and eliminate the enemy. I personally thought this was cool because his music is playing in the background as you are going on a rampage. Also whenever you get a kill smoke pops out of the enemy and you can hear a faint scream so it is like you are destroying their soul.

Earth in the year 3000 was in terrible condition. The oxygen that everyone was breathing is disgusting and the ground is completely covered by industrial buildings. Earth was coming to an end because of human mistakes. The people thought that there was no hope left, that they have failed this planet, but what they didn’t know was that scientists have come up with a way to restart the world.

The only thing remaining for the scientists was to find people that were worth saving. Jackson and Angel Little were a couple that the scientist were looking into. They picked them because they were certified doctors. The next person on their list is a soldier named Maleci. He was a great shot and somehow understood everythings weakness. He was very arrogant, but there for protection. Finally the need farmers and people to tend to the animals. That was Julie and Robert Pharmer. The scientists were starting to doubt their decision, so they immediately began so there would be no return.  They planned to drill to the center to the earth and plant and activate an EMP. The electronic pulse pulse the lava would then create a portal resetting the earth and evaporating anyone that is not is a EMPRM (Electro magnetic pulse room). They collected the people that they had picked and locked them in the room and then the explosion was active. Now its up to the chosen few to save what's left of humanity.

During my winter break I didn't do much. I sat around and played my Xbox with my brother, but the one time that I actually did anything outside is when  I went to the city park to sled. I continued the challenge of getting gold for all of the weapons and eventually got gold for another gun,the FAD. The FAD is a bullpup design gun that has high accuracy, but is countered with high recoil as well. A bull pup gun is a gun that has the ammo clip behind the trigger. I have enjoyed the bull pup since I first saw it in Call of Duty: Black ops. Black ops had several bullpup guns but my favorite was the Light machine gun called the AUG. My friends from Michigan tease me all of the time about how much of a gamer I am, but I know they are only joking because I am better than them. Now I have two gold guns working on my third while they haven't even completed their second, but all you have to remember is that it is all just in good fun. I was also being taught how to quick scope which is a way to make a sniper rifle more deadly. Quick scoping is whenever you aim with a sniper rifle but you don't aim through the scope all of the way and you get a kill. I wanted to learn to quick scope because it is a really easy way to get gold for the sniper rifles and a good way to kill someone that is moving on you really fast. Challenges are fun and very encouraging for me. I play hardcore mode to have a challenge and to be able to test all of my skills. I also got addition to the family. He is a one year old dog named Si. He is a Jack Russle and Chiwawa mix. He is brown and white and he is absolutely loving being around my other dogs. As much fun as he is the other dogs do not like to play for too long because they are a little bit older. He has already let everyone know that his territory is my moms bed. Every time one of the other dogs tries to get up onto the bed he snaps at them. I think this is really funny because it is a lot like David controlling Goliath. He is the smallest full grown dog that we have ever had in our house. We like bigger dogs because they are usually more fun to play with.
